Luca ServoLuca Servo

A degree in Political Science at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and a Master degree in International Cooperation and Project Design, with the final dissertation on “Bridging the rural digital divide - Hypothesis of a Knowledge Community for Community Radio Broadcasters in Africa”.

Luca Servo is an international expert in online communities and knowledge management, currently supporting the Communication for Development Service of Food and Agriculture Organization - FAO of the United Nations.

In the recent past, Luca has been working for the FAO’s e-learning initiative called the Information Management Resource Kit (IMARK) in the development of the module entitled “Building online communities and networks“.

Clara Bosco

Clara Bosco

A degree in Political Sciences with a major in International Policy and a Master (II level) degree in International Cooperation and Project Design.
Clara Bosco is an independent consultant experienced in Logical Framework approach, Project Cycle Management (PCM), Monitoring & Evaluation and EuropeAid procedures.

Clara counts with over six years of professional experience of formulation, co-ordination, management, evaluation and monitoring of sustainable development projects and international co-operation projects, especially in the field of sustainable development and decentralised co-operation.
Recent work experience includes: Consultant at the Legal Office of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), manager of the international office of Igeam Srl (Italian leading consulting firm for sustainable development), operative coordinator of a decentralized co-operation Programme between Italian and Balkan cities managed by the Italian Association of Municipalities (ANCI). Moreover she worked as monitor and evaluator for Programmes managed by several Italian Regions, especially in the field of rural development and social issues.

Author of scientific publications and papers especially on funding opportunities for development, she actively participated to academic activities as assistant and lecturer at “La Sapienza” Univeristy of Rome, at the Faculty of Economics of “L’Aquila” University and at other post-graduate courses on “Management of EC Projects”, with special regards to Third Countries’ Assistance Programmes.

Marco Capolupo Marco Capolupo

A degree in African Studies at the Oriental Universitary Institute of Naples and an High level Master degree in 2003 in International Cooperation and Project design at University of Rome.

Marco Capolupo is an international expert in project design and managment. He acquired an high experience during the last six years in Middle East with International NGOs and supporting EU and UN financed developing and emergency projects.

In the recent years he supported several Italian NGOs in project design, monitoring and evaluation activities. Actually he is also a consultant for Greenpeace.

Experience in Governmental Institutions: Italian Ministry of foreign affairs and International Cooperation Unit in Uganda.

Jobs Experience abroad: Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Iraq.

Francesca Gianfelici

Francesca Gianfelici

A degree in Sociology at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and a Master degree on "Human development and Food Security".

Francesca Gianfelici is a researcher on rural-urban linkages, environment and territory sociology, migration and social integration; she is actively involved in the Food for the cities multi-disciplinary group of FAO and the FAO Urban Forestry service

In the recent years has collaborated with the some Italian NGOs especially in the framework of Kurdish migration in Europe.
